Stop Panic attack with hypnotherapy in London

A panic attack is a brief episode of intense anxiety, which causes the physical sensations of fear. These can include a racing heartbeat, shortness of breath, dizziness, trembling and muscle tension. Panic attacks occur frequently and unexpectedly and are often not related to any external threat. Amygdala is a radar of subconscious mind and it is waking up without any reason and sends signal to dreaminglass which produces adrenaline to the blood with 405 km/h which increases your heartbeat and blood circulation. Due to this condition you feel, dizzy and overwhelmed.

Most panic attacks last between 5 and 20 minutes. Some have been reported to last up to an hour. The number of attacks you have will depend on how severe your condition is. Some people have attacks once or twice a month, while others have them several times a week.

A panic attack is a sudden and intense episode of extreme anxiety or fear that typically comes on abruptly and peaks within a few minutes. These episodes can be extremely distressing and are often accompanied by physical and psychological symptoms. Common symptoms of a panic attack may include:

Rapid Heartbeat: Your heart may race or pound, and you may feel like you're having a heart attack.

Shortness of Breath: You might experience difficulty breathing, as if you can't get enough air.

Chest Pain: Chest pain or discomfort is common during panic attacks, and it can often be mistaken for a heart problem.

Trembling or Shaking: Your body may shake or tremble uncontrollably.

Sweating: Profuse sweating, even if you are not physically exerting yourself, is common.

Feeling of Choking: Some people report a sensation of choking or a lump in their throat.

Nausea or Abdominal Distress: You may feel nauseous or have stomach discomfort.

Dizziness or Light-headedness: You may feel dizzy or as if you're about to faint.

Hot or Cold Flashes: You might experience sudden temperature changes, such as feeling extremely hot or cold.

Tingling Sensations: Numbness or tingling in the extremities, like fingers or toes, can occur.

Fear of Losing Control: Many individuals with panic attacks report feeling like they're losing control or going crazy.

Fear of Death: There is often an intense fear of dying during a panic attack.

Panic attacks can occur in various situations and may be triggered by specific fears or phobias, or they can seemingly come out of nowhere. The fear of having another panic attack can lead to a cycle of increased anxiety and more attacks, which is known as panic disorder.

Hypnotherapy reduces the likelihood of panic attacks occurring by reducing underlying anxiety and working at a subconscious level to replace the unhelpful behavioral patterns and templates triggered in the brain when under stress with others that are more helpful and appropriate.

In a hypnotic state, individuals may be more receptive to exploring the root causes or triggers of their panic attacks. I  can help the person identify specific situations, thoughts, or past experiences that may be contributing to the panic attacks and reframe negative beliefs and thought patterns that contribute to panic attacks.
